Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Cost Recovery Fee Program
IFQ Fees
The 2007 cost recovery percentage is 1.2 percent. Fee summaries were mailed to IFQ permit holders late November 2007. Payments were due by January 31, 2008.
There are three ways to pay your IFQ fees:
- Pay ONLINE via credit card or check
- Fill out the Fee Submission form and mail the form with a check or money order made payable to NMFS:

NOTE: At anytime a permit holder disagrees with the amount due as displayed on the Fee Summary, and wishes to pay the set percent fee premised on actual receipts from the sale of IFQ halibut or sablefish, the Fee Submission Form must be completed and returned to RAM. Remember that a permit holder who challenges RAM's calculation of the amount due must provide receipts and other information that shows actual receipts from the sale of fish.
