   Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs C. David Welch will brief the press on-the-record, off-camera on the US-Libya comprehensive claims settlement in the State Department Public Affairs Conference Room (2208). 
Please note that press who wish to attend this briefing and do not hold a building pass will need to enter through the C Street entrance of the Department and be escorted to the briefing.
