Although the nation's major news outlets have been focused over the past two weeks on the president's remarks about business aviation as part of the larger deficit-reduction debate, NBAA and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) continue to challenge in court the DOT's plan to dismantle the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) program.
