Annual Water and Sewer Allocation Master List Update |
Pursuant to Section 742 of the Land Management Code (Water and Sewer Allocation Ordinance) passed by the City of Frederick's Board of Aldermen on July 21, 2005, the City of Frederick will open its Water and Sewer Allocation Master List for new projects and existing projects to be re-evaluated based on their development review status as of December 1st, 2008.
