How do I... (FAQ)

• Virtual reference services announcement:
  Chat will be closed Dec. 17-21, but email reference will be open.
  All virtual reference services (email and chat) will be closed Dec. 22-Jan. 1. Email reference services will resume Jan. 2, 2008. Chat services will resume Jan. 14, 2008

• The Libraries servers will be unavailable on December 27 and 28 so that maintenance can be performed.  During this time Electronic Resources will not be available.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
  
• New Firefox Toolbar now available for download.
