Chronicles the growth and development of the Army in San Antonio from 1845, when the post occupied the historic Alamo, up to the present. Exhibits depict important events and some of the distinguished Americans who lived here, including John J. Pershing and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Featured are the Buffalo Soldiers, the Rough Riders, and the Birth of Military Aviation. Self-guided tour maps of the historic sites on post are available. Building 123 on Stanley Rd.
