Historic pioneer settlement house built in 1845 by John Jay French, tanner and merchant. Antique furnishings, clothing, pioneer household utensils. Outbuildings on grounds include blacksmith shop, tannery, corncrib, and smokehouse. Operated by Beaumont Heritage Society.
