Mustangs of Las Colinas & Museum Exhibit

City: Irving | Region: Prairies and Lakes

A must-see for visitors and residents alike, striking Mustangs of Las Colinas sculpture, nine mustangs that appear to be galloping through a granite stream. Created by African wildlife artist Robert Glen, Mustangs are the largest equestrian sculpture in the world, and sculpture was installed in 1984. Stroll across the plaza and visit the Museum Exhibit, which includes an informative film about the mustangs and the creation of this sculpture as well as other works by the artist. The exhibit is in the West Tower of Williams Square Plaza. The complex is on O'Connor Rd., just north of Texas 114.
