One of the first cultural gems in downtown Beaumont, and named best restoration by the Texas Downtown Association. Built in 1927, this renovated vaudeville house hosts a variety of shows throughout the year. Featured on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a Texas Historical Landmark.
