HELP / NOTES
Limits - The number of audio connections is limited. If you are unable to connect or you see an error message ("file not found"), please try again later or listen to the archived version when it is available.
Live Broadcast Link works only at the time of the hearing. If you miss the live broadcast, check the archive page.
Audio Archives - If you miss a broadcast or want to listen to the hearing again, check our Audio Archives.
Archives/Downloads - Please use the MP3 download version in the archives if you are unable to connect to the RealPlayer or HTTP stream or receive an error message ("server not found"). Windows Media Player will play MP3 files. The download version must be "unzipped" using WinZIP or similar software.
To listen to live broadcasts, you will need:
- Windows Media Player 7 or higher
- RealPlayer 10 or higher
The newer Windows Media archives require the same media players - Windows Media Player 7 or higher or RealPlayer 10 or higher. Older archives are available as MP3 files. MP3 files can be accessed using a number of media players, including Windows Media Player.
If you have questions about Windows Media Player or need to download a newer version, check Microsoft's Windows Media Player download page. A version of Windows Media Player is already installed on most PC-based computers.
If you have questions about RealPlayer or need to download a newer version, check RealPlayer's FAQ Page. You can download the latest, free RealPlayer at www.real.com. Follow the installation instructions included with the RealPlayer software.
Hearing Dates - Information about future public hearings is available on our Agenda Page.
