Class size is limited to the first 25 people and your agency cannot register more people than you have keypads.
Only those registered and using a keypad will receive credit for attending.
Registration must be received a minimum of seven calendar days in advance.
One person per class per form.
Substitutions are not allowed due to pre-registration checks and login.
No phone registrations are accepted.
Registrations without the WIC Director’s name and e-mail address will not be accepted.
E-mail is required for confirmation and will be sent to the WIC Director or designee only.
