Informational Material Concerning Vaccinations Against Influenza Virus and Pneumoccal Disease

The 79th(R) Legislature of the State of Texas enacted SB 1330, which amended Health and Safety Code, Chapter 161. This bill requires the Department to make available to hospitals and end stage renal disease facilities educational and informational materials concerning vaccination of elderly persons against influenza virus and pneumococcal disease.
