Vaccination Coverage Levels in in Registered and Licensed Childcare Facilities in Texas
|
This survey is conducted biannually to assess vaccination coverage levels of children attending a childcare facility and to monitor compliance with new and existing vaccine requirements at licensed child care center (LCCC) / registered child care home (RCCH) in Texas. A random sample of childcare facilities is selected for the survey every other year. Local health department and DSHS staff review a random sample of immunization records from each selected childcare facility. Statewide and regional vaccination coverage levels are available for children ages 19 – 59 month s of age attending childcare facilities in Texas. |
