Mobile Services in the Healing Arts or Veterinary Medicine

To provide mobile services, you must receive authorization before beginning the mobile service operation. Provide the information outlined in 25 TAC §289.226(i) or BRC Form 42-4.

Healing Arts Screening

To conduct a healing arts screening program, you must receive authorization before beginning the screening program. Provide the information outlined in 25 TAC §289.226(w)(4) or BRC Form 226-7.

Osteoporosis Screening

To conduct a osteoporosis screening program, you must receive authorization before beginning the screening program. Provide the information outlined in BRC Form 226-7.

Coronary Heart Disease Screening

To conduct a coronary heart disease screening program, you must receive authorization before beginning the screening program. Provide the information outlined in BRC Form 226-7.
