General Provisions (GPs)

Fiscal Year 2008 GPs

Many DSHS contracts that have a start date of July 1, 2007, and all DSHS contracts that have a start date of August 1, 2007 and thereafter, will include the revised DSHS GPs. These GPs have multiple formats and are posted on the General Provisions web page as they are completed: Core/Subrecipient, Professional Services, and Core/Vendor.

Fiscal Year 2007 GPs

DSHS contracts that have a start date of July 1, 2006, and all DSHS contracts that have a start date of August 1, 2006 and thereafter, will include the fiscal year 2007 DSHS General Provisions (GPs). These GPs have multiple formats. Go to the Fiscal Year 2007 General Provisions web page for links to the previous GPs.

Amendments

A formal amendment document will be required under the revised GPs in most case, but for some smaller contract amendments the "Contract Revision Request" form, revised 6/20/06, found on the Forms web page may be used.

Indirect Costs (IDC)

Protest

Contract Award Protest

A bidder, offeror, or applicant who has an allegation that DSHS failed to follow applicable statutes and rules in the procurement process may file a Contract Award Protest. If you have questions, contact the Contract Oversight and Support Section, phone (512) 458-7484.
