To submit an electronic request for a photocopy of a service record, send an e-mail message to archinfo@tsl.state.tx.us

Please be sure to include:

• The Service Member's Name
• The Record's Call Number
• Your Complete Mailing Address

Please note: Due to staffing limitations, requests for copies of Service Records may take as long as 8 to 10 weeks for processing.

A copy of the service record will be mailed to you, along with an invoice. The cost is $.10 per page, plus shipping and handling. There is a $1.00 minimum for this service.

Requests for Service Records may also be mailed to the Texas State Archives at P.O. Box 12927, Austin, TX 78711-2927.
