Privacy Policies and Procedures

HIPAA Privacy Policies and Procedures are located in the DSHS Policy Manual on DSHS-Online. The policies and procedures are in the Agency Administration Section of the Policy website,
Policy #AA-5003.

Policy AA-5003 requires that HIPAA-covered programs follow General Guidelines for the HIPAA Privacy Regulations (140K Word).
