Introduction

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) contracts with a variety of vendors. The majority of vendors who provide services for our clients contract with DFPS directly, while others contract with our parent agency the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The majority of goods and services not directly related to our clients are purchased through the Texas Building and Procurement Commission or HHSC.
