Commission Recommends Educations, Not Filtering

In a report submitted to Congress in October, the Commission on Child Online Protection recommended that local and federal governments spend significantly more money to train police and prosecutors to hunt down Internet predators in cyberspace and shut down Web sites containing child pornography. The commission also called for law enforcement agencies to create a master list of Internet sites that contain child pornography.
