Resolution of W.G.T. Weaver, September 22, 1875

At the Constitutional Convention of 1875, W.G.T. Weaver of Cooke County introduced a resolution for women's suffrage. It was referred to the Committee on Suffrage for study, along with a resolution from another delegate to strike it from the record. The measure died in committee.
