We encourage you to apply online. If you
choose to submit a paper application and competencies form, please use the TxDOT
forms listed below.
On the application, please follow all instructions and keep these tips in
mind:
- No attachments are accepted (such as resumes, pictures, letters of
recommendation, references and/or training records or certificates). Such
attachments are not given any consideration and are removed from the
application form and destroyed.
- Faxed applications are not accepted.
- Hand-delivered applications must be received on or before the closing date and time noted on the job posting.
- Mailed application must be postmarked on or before the closing date and sent to a TxDOT Human Resources Office.
- Your application should clearly describe how you meet the minimum requirements (education, experience and licenses).
- Your summary of experience must be completed and should clearly describe your qualifications.
- Your application should provide specific information explaining how you meet each competency requirement (knowledge, skills, abilities and other attributes).
- Official transcripts or other minimum requirement validations are requested at the interview or when a conditional offer is made.
- You can only apply for one job per application.
