Our hiring process is fair, nondiscriminatory and competitive. When a job
becomes available, we:
- post the job opening on our Web site,
- accept applications until 5 p.m. CST on the closing date (late applications will not be
accepted),
- send acknowledgement notices to applicants,
- screen applications to find best potential employees,
- conduct interviews, and
- make a conditional job offer.
We do not make a final job offer until we conduct background and reference checks
and the applicant passes a drug test and physical exam. The hiring process may
take up to 60 days from the closing date on the job posting. For more
