Hiring Process

Our hiring process is fair, nondiscriminatory and competitive. When a job becomes available, we:

  • post the job opening on our Web site,
  • accept applications until 5 p.m. CST on the closing date (late applications will not be accepted),
  • send acknowledgement notices to applicants,
  • screen applications to find best potential employees,
  • conduct interviews, and
  • make a conditional job offer.

We do not make a final job offer until we conduct background and reference checks and the applicant passes a drug test and physical exam. The hiring process may take up to 60 days from the closing date on the job posting. For more information on this process, please contact Human Resources.
