24-Hour Residential Child Care Facilities Rates

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) developed the following payment rates for the 24-Hour Residential Child Care (Foster Care) program operated by the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).  HHSC authorized DFPS to implement these recommended payment rates effective September 1, 2007.

.  Effective September 1, 2007, the amounts above are the minimum amounts that a child-placing agency must reimburse its foster families for clients receiving services under a contract with the Department. with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
