Important information about EMS application processing

Effective February 20, 2007, most of EMS went live with a new database system known as RAS. During this transition period, please be aware that your EMS application processing could be delayed. Other applications (trauma designation, grant monies, uncompensated care, Local Projects) will NOT be affected.


NOTICE

Due to the Certification Query function being inoperable, you may view the report below to temporarily check your certification status. Our technical division is actively working to get the Certification Query linked to our new data base and functional once again. This file will be updated twice weekly, and posted each Wednesday and Friday by noon. For further information please call the Certification line at 512-834-6769. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
