If the individual is in the Child Support Division, use the same format but with the following domain: @cs.oag.state.tx.us (note the "cs" before ".oag.").

Contacting the Child Support Division:

Voice Information Response System (VIRS): Custodial parents can call the 24-hour hotline at 1-800-252-8014 to receive around-the-clock automated information. With your customer identification number (CIN), you can now get payment and case status, dates and more, without having to sit on hold and wait for a case worker.
