Issued to a self-service storage facility or to the franchisee of a self-service storage facility to sell insurance that provides hazard insurance coverage and any other coverage in connection with the rental of storage space.

Each individual that will act as an agent under the specialty insurance license must successfully complete an approved training program before selling any insurance.
