The Board requests comments on an amendment to Rule XI, Disciplinary Criteria. Comments are due by close of business on Friday, November 30, 2007. Comments will be considered by the Board at its February 1, 2008 meeting. Please click here for the proposed rule change.
The Guardianship Certification Board is now accepting applications for certification.

- Amendment to Rule XIV, Provisional Certification
The Supreme Court of Texas adopted an amendment to Rule XIV on October 30, 2007 (Misc. Docket Order No. 07-9185). Rule XIV(g) provides that provisionally certified guardians who apply for certification within one year of their provisional certification do not have to submit a new criminal history report. Effective October 1, 2007, the fee charged for a national fingerprint criminal history record search will be $19.25. - Revised Provisional Certification Application Form
