Authorized Fees
The Texas General Appropriations Act for 2006 – 2007, Biennium Seventy – Ninth Legislature Regular Session – May 2005 authorizes the collection of fees by the Texas Polygraph Examiner’s Board not to exceed:
| a Polygraph Examiner's License | $500.00 |
| b Internship License Application Fee | $300.00 |
| c Duplicate License | $100.00 |
| d Renewal Fee for Examiner's License | $500.00 |
| e Extension or Renewal of an Internship License | $150.00 |
| f Examination Fee | $200.00 |
| g Late Fee | $200.00 |
This supersedes fees listed in the Texas Occupation Code Chapter 1703.102, Fees.
The Texas Polygraph Examiner’s Board has established the following fees for 2006 - 2007:
| a Polygraph Examiner's License | $500.00 |
| b Internship License Application Fee | $150.00 |
| c Duplicate License | $15.00 |
| d Renewal Fee for Examiner's License | $450.00 |
| e Extension or Renewal of an Internship License | $75.00 |
| f Examination Fee | $150.00 |
| g Late Fee | (See Texas Occupation Code 1703.253) |
