The Supreme Court of Texas has asked the State Bar Board of Directors to recommend whether Texas lawyers should disclose professional liability insurance (PLI) coverage. For the remainder of 2009,
the board will be gathering public input on this issue. Click

TBLS Public Hearing on Amendments to Standards The Texas Board of Legal Specialization will hold a public hearing
Sept. 30, 2009, on proposed amendments to certification standards for civil
