Former Resort Manager Indicted in Insurance Fraud Case

A Dallas County grand jury has indicted Lawrence Barbir, the former general manager of the Del Lago resort on Lake Conroe, on charges he defrauded an insurance company out of $200,000 by faking flood damage to parts of the resort in 1994.
