COMMISSIONER'S BULLETIN NO. B-0031-96May 21, 1996 TO ALL COMPANIES In accordance with the Texas Insurance Code, Article 21.55 §5(d), the Texas Department of Insurance has determined the weather-related events occurring on May 10, 1996 in the county of Howard are catastrophes for the purpose of claims processing. Claims resulting directly from the above defined catastrophe shall be subject to the additional time periods allowed by Article 21.55 §5(d), Texas Insurance Code for the processing of claims.
