2006 Biennial Performance Report on the Use of Information Resources Technologies in State Government

The Texas Legislature requires DIR to report biennially to the state's leadership on the use of information technology by state government. Shared Results presents DIR's assessment of the major technology management issues confronting state government. The report describes the statewide vision and strategic goals for technology, the core principles for enterprise transformation, critical issues and recommendations for the Legislature, a case study on data center services, analysis of agency information resources strategic plans, statewide technology expenditures, and progress made on statewide initiatives.
