• The State Fire Marshal's Office is evaluating the impact that Line-of-Duty-Death reports have had on the Texas Fire Service in the two years since their inception. The State Fire Marshal's Office is asking that chiefs or other representatives from all Texas Fire Departments take a short (four question), easy-to-answer (yes/no questions), anonymous, online survey regarding the relevancy of the LODD reports to you and your department.
