Fire Licensing Investigations

Licensing Investigation conducts investigations of existing fire alarm, extinguisher and sprinkler systems to ensure that they are installed by licensed entities and comply with adopted technical standards. This section also inspects fireworks stands to ensure compliance with adopted safety standards. Four investigators are strategically dispersed across the state to better serve Texans.

• Fireworks Incident Report Form. [A form to assist licensees and permitees in reporting an unauthorized fireworks explosion as required by 28TAC §34.819(d) and (c).]
• Licensing Investigation Complaint Form. [A convenient form to use by anyone to report a suspected licensing violation to the SFMO.]
