Certification of Franchise Tax Account Status

A Certificate of Account Status certifies that a corporation or limited liability company doing business in Texas is in good standing with its franchise tax reports and payments, or that the corporation is exempt from the state franchise tax.

This Certification Not Sufficient for Filings with Secretary of State Do not include a certification from this Web site as part of a filing with the Secretary of State for dissolution, merger, conversion, withdrawal, or reinstatement. The Secretary of State will reject a filing that uses the certification from this site.
