DARS Federal and State Rules and Regulations
The Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services has consolidated the operations of four former agencies, including their rules and regulations. Rules in place at the time of the consolidation and changes made since March 1, 2004 remain in effect and may be found at the following link:
DARS administrative rules are found in Title 40, Part 2 of the Texas Administrative Code, available from the Texas Secretary of State's web site.
