Effective December 11, 2006 -  Utilization Review Agents (URAs), Health Insurance Carriers and Health Maintenance Organizations that submit requests for review by an Independent Review Organization related to non-workers' compensation health care plans or certified Workers' Compensation Health Care Network plans are required to submit those requests through the TDI Online IRO Request System.
