    • Contract Advisory Team and Delegation of Authority Reviews (CATRAD)  - allows state agencies to submit and track solicitations requiring delegation, as defined by Texas Government Code § 2156, and major contract solicitations, as defined by Texas Government Code § 2262.001 for Contract Advisory Team (CAT) review.
