Tours: Every year thousands of tourists visit the birthplace of President Dwight D, Eisenhower. The tour includes the Eisenhower Birthplace home, visitor center, statue and gardens, and a hiking trail through the park.

Special Events: An Old Fashioned Christmas at Ike's House the first Saturday in December, Easter Egg Hunt and Eisenhower Birthday Celebration in October. Contact the park for more information on special events.

Area Attractions: Nearby attractions include Eisenhower State Park and Bonham State Park; Lake Texoma; Frank Buck Zoo in Gainesville; Grayson County Frontier Village; Denison's historic Main Street district and the Red River Railroad Museum in Denison; Red River Historical Museum in Sherman; and Sam Rayburn House and Museum in Bonham. Schedule: The park is open year round except for Christmas and New Year's Days. Hours: The park is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The park is closed on Mondays. Tours: Tours are available from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Group tours are available at other times by contacting the park.

Directions: The park is off US Highway 75; exit Morton Street (FM 120 East) to US Highway 69 (Austin Avenue) and go right to Main Street. Turn left on Main; go to Crockett Avenue; go right on Crockett Avenue to Nelson Street and turn right on Nelson to Lamar Avenue and go left at the park entrance.
