Copper Breaks SP
January 13–14, 2007 — Copper Breaks SP — Hunter Safety Class — State approved and required course for all hunters born on or after September 2, 1971. Two-day course 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Saturday and 12:30-5:30 p.m. Sunday. Participants must take the entire course to be certified. April 7, 2007 — Copper Breaks SP — Great Texas Trash Off — Join staff and volunteers as we clean up the area in this annual event. April 14, 2007 — Copper Breaks SP — Sun Fun and Star Walk — Sun Fun features specially equipped telescopes to look at our nearest star, the sun. Star Walk is a naked eye tour of the night sky over the park followed by a closer look through telescopes and binoculars with emphasis on "star hopping," a technique to help identify objects in the sky.
