February 10, 2007 — Brownsville, Texas — Angler Education Instructor Course — This free workshop is open to anyone 17 or older interested in teaching the basics of fishing in their communities. The program provides the curriculum, equipment, materials and support to help volunteers successfully introduce youth and their families to fishing. Bring drinks, a sack lunch and wear comfortable clothing for outdoor activities.
