Description

This 422 acre tract includes 345 acres of farmland that has been planted to a native grass mixture and a 77-acre playa basin. It was purchased in 1990 for the purpose of developing an area where soil, water, and wildlife conservation practices could be implemented. The area also contains one shelterbelt. There isn't a public road for visitors to access this section of the Playa Lakes WMA.
