Federal Government Information
As a federal depository library, the Texas State Library
and Archives Commission receives all documents and publications
distributed by the Depository Library Program of the U.S.
Government Printing Office. This collection contains more
than 1.5 million items.

The Talking Book Program provides free library services
to Texans who are unable to read standard print material
due to visual, physical, or reading disabilities - whether
permanent or temporary. Each year, more than 25,000 Texans
use our Talking Book services.
