When registering as an intern, applying for licensure or renewal of a license, you must disclose all charges, indictments, community supervision placements, deferred adjudications and convictions of a class B misdemeanor or greater in any jurisdiction. This applies to out-of state offenses as well. Failure to make full and accurate disclosure of a criminal history may result in the denial of the application.

And just a reminder from last month, counselor interns have until August 31, 2002, to complete background checks without affecting their eligibility to test or serve clients.
