Counselor Licensure: LCDC Handbook Reciprocity Handbook Testing Information Renewal Information Online Renewal CTI Forms CTI Search CEP Forms CEP Search Licensure Verification     Reporting measures requirement for All Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities not under contract with DSHS: Effective September 1, 2004 licensed facilities that do not receive our funding are required to maintain and report data. The reporting period is from September 1 to August 31 of each year, and must be submitted online.
