Proposed Rules - Public Comment Requested
§137.59 - The proposed rule change clarifies the requirement that any licensed professional engineer who practices engineering in an area of competence different than what is documented on Board records must be able to provide evidence of competence and three methods of demonstrating competence are offered.

§131.15 - The proposed rule amendment changes the meeting frequency of the Legislative Committee of the Board from twice per year to an as-needed basis.
