Welcome!

This electronic version of the Texas State Park Guide is meant to help you plan the best trip possible, with maps and information on some 115 parks and historic sites. And you’ll learn about some of the many activities and facilities available at state parks that you might not have known about. Within our more than 600,000 acres of parklands and historic sites you’ll find a variety of relaxing places to get away from it all, to absorb our state’s fascinating history, and to build an album of family memories in the great outdoors.
