A Program of the Texas Emissions
Reduction Plan (TERP)
The New Technology Research and Development Program (NTRD)
provides financial incentives to encourage and support research,
development, and commercialization of technologies that reduce
pollution in Texas through the issuance of state funded grants. The
Texas Environmental Research Consortium (TERC), a non-profit
organization based in Houston, Texas , will be administering the
NTRD Program during the 2006 and 2007 fiscal years under a contract
with the TCEQ.
