New Technology Research and Development (NTRD) Program
A Program of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP)

The New Technology Research and Development Program (NTRD) provides financial incentives to encourage and support research, development, and commercialization of technologies that reduce pollution in Texas through the issuance of state funded grants. The Texas Environmental Research Consortium (TERC), a non-profit organization based in Houston, Texas , will be administering the NTRD Program during the 2006 and 2007 fiscal years under a contract with the TCEQ.
