Best Practices conference is a big success The Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse recently completed its successful 7th Annual Best Practices conference in, February 18-20. TCADA provides guidance on prevention evaluation Prevention and intervention providers are required to evaluate the efficacy of their programs using the Prevention Plus III framework.  TCADA provides guidance on the appropriate use of this evaluation tool. Q&A about Reporting Significant Incidents Commission Rules in Chapter 148 require facilities to document significant incidents involving clients or impacting program operations. National Alcohol Screening Day set for April 10 National Alcohol Screening Day will be held April 10, 2003, during Alcohol Awareness Month. The program addresses a range of drinking behaviors from risky drinking to alcohol dependence. NASD Mailer  Texas Drug Courts Conference The Texas Drug Courts Conference will be held March 12-14 in Austin.
