Quick Tip

Remember to complete all admission, discharge and follow-up reports on TCADA-funded treatment clients. All contractors must complete these reports to fulfill TCADA contract requirements. TCADA records indicate that timely discharge reporting is an area providing an opportunity to improve performance. Further written guidance regarding this reporting is being prepared and will be mailed to providers later this fiscal year.
